Booking
A booking is binding upon the tour participants and Dinamarca Tours as soon as the participants have paid for the booking. Our tour guide services are charged in U$D and invoiced without VAT in accordance with a special scheme for tour guide services in Denmark.
Cancellation
Cancellations requested at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled departure are refunded in full. Cancellations requested between 3 and 6 days in advance of the scheduled departure are refunded 50 percent. Cancellations requested within 2 days of the scheduled departure are not refunded. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@dinamarcatours.com

Liability
Participation in our tours takes place entirely at the participants’ own risk. Participants are liable for any damage to persons and material caused by themselves.

The tour participants consent to the processing of their personal data by Dinamarca Tours for administrative purposes.
Complaints
Any complaints regarding the services provided by Dinamarca Tours must be communicated in writing to info@dinamarcatours.com
Disputes
In the event of a dispute, if the tour participants and Dinamarca Tours fail to reach the agreement during negotiation, any dispute shall be settled according to Danish law.
